Selling Fake parts by substituting Mfg labels

However, the product I received is not from the stated manufacturer and does not appear to meet the advertised specifications. This discrepancy raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation and possible fraudulent practices. Representing a product as originating from a specific manufacturer while knowingly delivering a non-OEM or counterfeit item constitutes deceptive business practices and may also violate state and federal laws, including mail fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1341).
