working with customer service
I bought some tops and the first couple I was happy with so I ordered about 10 more items. The shipping takes very long! My second shipment of items were not sized correctly and one top the seam came out on a loose fitting sleeve. None of the tops I ordered had any new tags on them at all and one of the sweaters had no tags on the inside any where at all. One hoodie had a broken zipper and one top also had a hole in a shoulder seam. I did contact customer service and I am working with them now. I am trying to send pictures but I'm having trouble getting them to upload to their message site. I will let everyone know how my customer service experience went.
