Don't waste your money
I tried free program despite everything I read said for what I needed did not need pro version... they said company would push paid version... which i ended up buying thought from what I read it would be like Samsung smart switch. Tried it twice with wifi got 11% then 18% transfered they" something went wrong and disconnected. So next 2 times tried it with desktops link with cable went 28% and 32%. I don't have all day to dink around with programs that have issues. I have a business to run. Contacted then for refund they want what went wrong I click send report each time. Though they must not of gotten it. As requested Ticket number 1779091 they asked for screenshots of what failures said but those are long gone. I expect when I click button to send report that is send the report and i move on
