Horrible service
I tried to buy a phone from the site because they promise quick dispatch. My order went through, but after more than a week, my phone still hadn't been dispatched. Why? Because they hadn't charged the money. I could see on my online bankaccount that the money had been reserved for them - they just had to take it. I didn't want to wait a month for my phone to be dispatched. So I wrote their real-time customerservice. And it was horrible. The person on the other end clearly wasn't very good at English. They were rude and kept telling me to pay. In the end they said the would talk to the relevant department about my issue. A week later the money still hadn't been charged. I cancelled my order and I have no wish to try their services ever again.
