BE VERY CAREFULL, THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS VERY BAD !!!
Item: Removable Propellers Prop Protectors Guard Bumpers for DJI Phantom 3 - All White Ordered: 13.10.2015 Arrived: 7.12.2015 When I ordered, did double PayPal payment (browser cache issue). After couple of emails with Mrs.Monica and escalation via PayPal I got back the money for the second payment. The goods arrived packed very well in nearly 60 days. Unfortunately there is no user manual included and the content of the packing is different from the description on their eshop. Instead expected 16 screws there are more screws in different kind of lenghts, but not 16pcs with the same size. It is very weird, because only screws with specific parametres can be used to avoid engine damage. It make sence the drone costs $1600 and each engine $20. I asked Mrs.Monica for an explanation what to do and help me to figure out which screws should be used. I got only reply "The manual is not part of delivery" :-( I asked many times later to give me some advice how to use the crews when only one size is needed, but she replied only one time "The screws are OK" and does not communicate. Conlusion: It seems do not check the package what is sent to you. If any contradiction than you can not expect any solution and takeover from their side :-(
