Good customer support
This is for the french site. I bought two chairs with wooden legs to be assembled. A heavy built friend sat on one of them and two legs broke. I asked if they send just the legs. They said they do send them, but it is not part of the warranty. I said fair enough. They sent the legs and they were free any way. Also, the answer to my requests and the shipping were pretty fast: I sent an email on one day and got a phone call answering on the next. Happy with the service.
