My first confused "miss" after having flawless service and product from 4over for years.
You really did try to make this a positive experience for me, but I was frustrated after downloading the 4over (eps) template for my project...Checking to make sure my -reprint- art still fit your template...then placing my order and getting a message that I did not have enough bleed. The 3D preview also showed the Head to Head orientation that I provided showed the 2nd side printing upside down. I paused the order and called for customer service help. Your rep had me correct my art to print Head to Head saying the 3D preview has some software quirks. Then I submitted my aft after clicking the "center fit template" button and the Rep had preflight dept. look over the job. They said it looked fine. I was skeptical because it did not look right on the preview. The job printed but text on the right side was almost touching the trim even though I had kept it inside the "live area" line on the template. My customer will "live with it" because they were out of rack cards. The job was finished in a very quick turn around, but that good point was negated by the unusual online order interface having weird quirks.
