Incredibly Nervous
This is my test. I am very nervous now, as I've just placed a rather large order with Rosegal, and have just seen these terrible reviews. Whoever is behind these copy/paste responses from Rosegal, I have a few questions. And please refrain from responding with a copied and pasted response. 1) How is it possible to say that you have resolved someone's issue here, and THEN ask for their order number? 2) Do you use child labour? 3) Do you actually intend on reimbursing these people who have either not received their orders, or received partial orders, or received items in poor quality? Please do the right thing. I would like to be able to come back here with a positive review. And if there is a copy/paste reply to this to match any of the others here, I will be cancelling my order. Thank you.
