TVC- Mall is an absolute joke and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I bought and item from them which was shipped to me. Courier claims they delivered it through my mail box but I didn’t receive it. I contacted courier about the problem and they asked me to go to TVC-Mall they in turn asked me to go to courier, courier sent me back to TVC-Mall. I’ve been back and forth for at least 6 times. Finally TVC-Mall claim they’ve opened an investigation case in China and this would take from 1-2 months for them to come to a conclusion. Absolutely ridiculous. It took them minutes to take my money but months to refund or get a replacement item. AVOID AVOID AVOID please AVOID
