TRYINNERLY SCAMMING HONEST PEOPLE
I'm not particularly bothered for a reply from this company. It will be irrelevent. Firstly, I accept that I STUPIDLY completed one of their ADHD tests online. Normally, when I get to the results page, the company providing the test would ask for £7-10 to unlock the results, so I close the page. This one offered the results for £0.99. I thought, okay. Why not. The results were, as you can expect worth £0.99. In fact, if I asked Grok or similar, they'd likely give me better information. A few days later, I went into my bank account and found they'd taken £34.99 for a subscription I never agreed to. Having read the reviews, I see the same complaint by over 81% of people. Every one states they were not aware they were signing up to a subscription. Tryinnerly states that the terms were clear. Yeah, sure. Clear enough that over 81% of people didn't see it. One person wrote that there was a small reference to subscription deep in the T&C. I have called my bank. I have reported the transaction as fraud. I have also blocked any attempts by this company to use my bank details to oobtain any further money. Given the reviews, here, I am at a loss how you can say this is not fraud. How many people have carried out your £0.99 test, and NOT noticed you have taken out the money. I hate companies like this. But congratuilations, I will no longer play those stupid quizzes and never get caught out again.
