Purrfect Pilots the Purrfect Partner for pet transportation.
I needed to move our 7 year old Rough Collie Teagen from Cambodia to London, I did not want to send her as cargo, I wanted her with me as excess baggage. I consulted 5 different companies, the first thing that stood out with Purrfect Pilots was they recognised Teagen was a valuable family member, not a cargo crate. They prepared the most comprehensive quotation explaining every detail including the preparation work I needed to do with the vet in respect of rabies tests. Their pricing was extremely competitive and fair for what they did. They worked out a route for me with a direct flight to Paris and had their European staff collect me at the door of the plane and take Teagen and I to London by Car / van. Their documentation required for immigration was so perfect the immigration staff immediately knew everything was in order and laughed and joked with us - Well I had saved Teagen the fat off the lamb from the meal on the plane!! Jenn and Emelie were absolutely brilliant, to be honest, they delivered far far more than I expected, as I’m disabled they made sure staff were on hand to handle all our 7 cases and Teagen’s big crate. Jenn and Emelie have become friends that we shall stay in touch with, it was really like we are part of a doggie family. I recommend them wholeheartedly, having moved a few times, they stand head and shoulders above the competition.
