poor customer service, can't track item
I rated this company a one for multiple reasons: * poor customer service - which included unanswered e-mail sent enquiring about the items I purchased, I had to send multiple e-mails (3 to be exact) before someone replied * tracking number provided for global mail which states the item should arrive in 14-25 business days - stopped tracking the item on the 11th day, therefore I had NO IDEA where the item was ** I have ordered from this website before so this wasn't my only order, on the prior order I also had difficulty - the reason I returned was because they did resolve the issue and I thought it was a one time issue, unfortunately not
