Awful experience so far
Awful experience so far. received a notification that the item I wanted (a 3 pack of mesh routers), on the 15th August. I ordered whilst it was available and showing as in stock I attempted to ask after about 10 days what was happening with the order, and advised I would be contacted, this took about a further 10 days or so for them to even reply saying they're awaiting stock and expected in first half of September so if I'd like a refund to wait The website says items are generally dispatched in about 3 days. It is now the 21st September and still no sign of it being dispatched
