I echo the previous review.. appalling service
I echo the previous review, as almost exact us the same thing happened to me. Andrew sent the incorrect item and when I emailed, he said he would send the correct item EXPRESS. That was 4 working days ago and I still haven’t received it. It’s for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow, Andrew says it should arrive on Monday. Too late of course and I will have to disappoint a 5 year old because of his incompetence. Cannot recommend this company.
