Really disappointed.
Really disappointed. I am a first time buyer from this company. I purchased three items; a coat, a hoodie, and a jacket. I'm a bigger guy, and according to their size charts it seemed like their sizes ran much smaller than the norm. So I bumped up the item size of my purchases. Usually I buy XL's, but I bought 2XL's thinking I could shrink them if I had to. Estimated delivery time was two weeks... no big deal. I made this purchase almost a month ago today. And today I finally got my order.. except I'm missing two of the three items which happen to be the primary expense items. Now it's a big deal. The item that I did get was the hoodie. Now, I ordered a 2XL and I literally laughed when I saw this thing. Honestly, I was convinced I made a mistake and ordered from the kids section, alas I did not. Just to give reference on the size. My beautiful girlfriend is 5 foot 4, and around 120 pounds. She is a size 0-2 in women's clothing. I asked her to try it on, and it fit her almost perfectly... I wish I was kidding. They make you pay an additional fee to track your package. Which I paid. Complete waste of money, even though it was only $2, because for one, one of my tracking numbers was updated all in some unreadable asian script. And point two, their second tracking number they provided me with doesn't even work... Either that or they haven't even processed and sent the other half of the order yet, which honestly would make me incredibly furious. So hopefully I receive my other two items within the week, otherwise I'm going to continue to blast their name for this experience; which thus far has been the worst consumer experience of my life. Also, hopefully the next two items fit me better than they fit my size 0-2 girlfriend. Maybe the worst part of this for Dresslily, is that I spend a lot of money on clothing. Between myself and my girlfriend we probably spend $500 each month on new clothes (not including shoes and accessories), and we could have been good customers for this company. I wish I consulted review websites before purchasing from this company. So far, it's been an incredible disappointment and a complete waste of time and resources.
