I ended up paying twice for the same product. Livecards claimed the first payment via iDEAL didn't go through, even though I sent them the bank statement showing the charge. I then placed a second order using a credit card, and that went through fine. Then I received an email confirming the payment was successful! So yes, I paid twice. The problem was neatly resolved by Livecards. I received a refund. See my other review.
