I ordered a beautiful embroidered linen blouse and received a cheap T shirt. I fought for 7 weeks, only to be offered to keep the item with a 30% discount. Thats £3 refund for a T shirt I did not order and do not like. I asked for the address to return it but was never given it. Its nearly 8 weeks now and I have given up hope.
