Different item sent than what was ordered.
I ordered a specific item, and I was sent something completely different. Absolutely no explanation as to why it was something different. I cannot seem to find an answer or help on their website when it comes to returning and refunds. I am beyond frustrated. I would not recommend ordering from them. After writing this review they gave me guidelines (see below). I followed the instructions, only to get to the 'online services' option, taking me to 'online chat'. Obviously a robot. What companies don't realise, is that by having AI on live chat just adds to customers frustration. The process for asking for advice, or a refund is so complicated. I am beyond irritated.
