Poor experience
Poor experience. Sent them my Gucci bag for sale and disclosed all damage on the photos to them (fair condition for a 6yr old item). Price was agreed and bag posted off to them. Item was then returned without any communication at all or even an email to let me know the current status. Had to chase it up myself.
