Never ever again!
Swore I would never use again after being left without a room after a failed booking despite a confirmation. With this in mind I rang the hotel to double check and again found there was no reservation! Customer service looking into it - it took me 2 minutes to double check so not sure why 24-48 hours are needed. Plus I noticed they have the same hotel on twice… one with their new name so an awful lot of people are going to find double booked rooms! My advice steer clear or check your booking with the hotel.
