It’s always a bit of a gamble buying from a picture, especially when it’s an important gift but the little bear that l ordered really exceeded my expectations. It was well packaged, not squished in at all and the quality was excellent. The plaque was clearly printed and on robust material, the bear itself was soft and fluffy, with cute eyes. Definitely value for money and will use this company in the future.
