Can Never Get Service
Multiple times trying to get someone on the phone. Impossible. No call backs. Online chat is likely a bot and can't help. I'm sure they'll say how much they've invested in customer service. It's nowhere near enough. Awful. And, of course, a stock AI reply. They truly don't care.
