Customer service
Customer service / phone availability hours were too short. My order took two business days to process. Thus I missed my window of opportunity to use the camera I'd ordered (for a business trip). On the plus side, once I did get ahold of customer service, I was treated well, and was able to cancel my order and save the overnight shipping charges that I no longer needed.
