I misordered on a gift & only realized it upon receiving the credit card bill. It was a Sunday but placed the call anyway & Elise, one of the owners, answered her phone. Couldn't believe it.. She located the problem, corrected it & was gracious & fun through it all.. So great to do business with folks who want satisfied customers! Thanks again Elise
