Very helpfull costumer service
Very helpfull costumer service namely (Bradley and Ada) I rate them 5 stars. But officially the netshop maybe I can give 5 stars when I recieve my orders. Bet down with the delivery information for the delayed delivery, didn't get any notice that one of the item that I choose was out of stock, but on their app when I checked that item i ordered originaly is on stock. I don't know what these means, maybe their not updated with their stocks or what. Having a doubt that maybe I wont recieve my order soon after been waiting to be deliver since March 13, but I am not giving up yet and patiently waiting until my orders arrive. Also my husband bought me a very nice dress last year December and it arrived before Christmas, very satisfeid and loved the dress. That's why I choose to order for my summer clothes at yoins. I am hoping soo much that Bradley and Ada stands for their words promises after they helped me today and said that w/n 24hrs I will recieve a notifications that my orders are sent and on the way. Can't hardly wait for my orders to arrived.
