I had a problem paying for a pledge
I had a problem paying for a pledge - the message was vague and wrongly indicated that the transaction was fraudulent and to contact support - this without any information on how to contact support. So I contacted both HoverAir support and Indigogo Support. To their credit (+5*), Hoverair responded very quickly and tried to help but all this confirmed was that the problem lay with Indigogo and so (-1*) because Indigogo never even bothered to reply!
