K&F Concept Arca Swiss Quick Release Plate for Camera and Smartphone
Have always purchased K&F items through 3rd party vendors and have never had any issues so i thought i would try directly through K&F directly on this purchase. My initial live chats about the product were via a facebook messenger service K&F provide. Ok.. not my favourite way of doing live chat with a business.. but at least they had something. I had a few queries as to mounting plate requirements due to the purchase of a long lens and the customer support was ok.. the firm itself were only able to offer a single item , so lacking in products, but were happy to say i could fit other plates to the k&f tripod i already owned, so very happy there. Ordered the K&F Concept Arca Swiss Quick Release Plate for Camera and Smartphone after a think and got an initial welcome discount which was appreciated. Delivery..... yes... about that. Not sure if it was the Courier or something lost in translation but i got a message from the courier yesterday, 30-12-22, saying i had a parcel from "LuckyWinner" arriving ... the tracking numbers matched thankfully.. but K&F ... you really need to look into this and get it fixed.. Parcels are from YOU ... "NOT" LuckyWinner!!!!!!!! Anyway.. grumble about mislabelled potential spam email delivery aside... item received, well packaged, good quality and very very happy with it!
