i ordered a Tardis pen from this company on 02.11.25 and it still isn't here on 09.12.25. they have now said it has been delayed and they don't know when i'll get it. they charged me $25.34 which is £19.06. i have contacted them saying it's too late for me to get it the the person i was buying for for Christmas but they are refusing to give me any kind of refund until i return it! or cancel the order or send me another out. PLEASE don't use, you will be very let down
