Have to put a star to get into this review box. But they don’t deserve a star. Well I can just repeat what most reviewers have said, I bought a dress, it looked amazing online, it arrived a month later-what a load of rubbish, nothing like the picture, the print was smudged in places it had no shape, the fabric was cheap polyester, it was too big. I paid £35 for it. I requested a refund but as others have said I was offered a % refund which worked out at under £6. As I didn’t want to be hit with return expenses. This company are not in London as shown on their site and what I was taken in by. My dress was from China, probably made in a sweat shop. Lilydress have to be named and shamed as they seem to have a lucrative trade going in in conning people, judging by the amount of reviews who have had the same experience as me. I only wish I’d done some research before purchasing from them.
