I have a number of the Mars Hydro lights, mostly the TS3000 and a couple of the TSW2000. I recently had a problem with a TSW2000 that I bought over 3 years ago. The LED panel on one side of the fixture wouldn't light. I figured out that the LED panel was working but something in the electrical connection to the panel wasn't functional. I contacted Mars Hydro through email and got a response the next day. From the pictures I sent them, they agreed the problem was the power supply. I paid $15 for shipping, but they sent me a replacement power supply and the dimmer unit. I was told it would be a month to get the replacement power supply, but I got it in less than 2 weeks. Mars Hydro offers a 5-year warranty for many of their LED lights, and, in my experience, they stand behind their products. With the parts they sent to me, my light is now working. I'm a happy camper. In my opinion, a product, or warranty, is only as good as the company that stands behind it. Mars Hydro does support and stand behind their products.
