Nanoleaf product refuses to pair we tried with both Android and Apple phones without results. We can see the product's wifi on our phones but when choose to connect it just times out. We have tried about twenty but without success. After about 2 hours of trying we gave up and will return the product to the store. A very disappointing and useless product that seems incomplete and that's not good NANOLEAF. Get yourselves together and stop selling incomplete products :-(
