Dreadful customer service
I booked a twin room in Jodphur last night . I paid and as soon as saw completed payment I realised I had made an error with the dates . Contacted Agoda immediately. Less than 3 minutes had elapsed . It was a non refundable booking but as I cancelled straight away in my ignorance thought I could change the dates. Agoda has told me it is the hotel but I contacted them before the reservation was even confirmed. EVEN Ryan allows you amend a mistake .
