UK. Having purchased a > £2000 Mammotion Luba 2 mower. Despite many grumbles getting it up and running, I am now actually pleased with it. I recommend it. Physical set up is tricky since the user guide is poor, but trying for hours you can get there and the weeks since delivery have proven a very capable product, especially the mower itself capabilities. It does do the job if you persevere. The App is not intuitive but does contain most of the essential features, albeit with minor bugs. Support?? Forget it. Email support - no response ever. Try 'support' chat and you get a young kid who trys his best but clearly knows next to nothing about the product and its problematic settup and cannot help and has no one to help him. However, don’t give up, awesome job when you master it. Mammotion needs to put a lot more effort into support to its customers. Owner (Disappointed initially, but now quite impressed).
