I cannot get in touch with Tesvor
I ordered a X500 vacuum a week ago, and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately. I got an order confirmation that said that the product had shipped, but the tracking number was missing. I have been trying to get in touch with Tesvor for a week, using all email addresses I could find. No response. The chat functionality on their website is off-line all the time, and when I call the German customer support number, I get a voice message that I don't really understand, and right after the call is ended. I cannot say for sure that anything is wrong, but my alarm bells are ringing when it is impossible to get in touch with the company. I will update this review if anything happens.
