Low prices, so-so quality, good range
Pros: They do some really trendy clothing products which nobody else is doing. Also, it looks like the cotton range are a really good bet so far. Their design tool is really helpful - still easy to screw up but it works best if you upload your images at their actual size (fix your images then re-upload for best results). Cons: quality is hit and miss, different product lines are better/worse quality - always order samples! Even on the good stuff, there are occasional glitches (printed outlines showing in seams, or thread ends not cut.) Experience: I ordered a stack of different product samples from a number of different lines in two different orders - production time was about a week (one of the orders took ten days to be picked up by the courier - might be the courier's fault). Of 12 products so far, 3 product lines used a fabric type that wasn't up to par for the product; two had print glitches due to artwork scaling introducing extra pixels/kinks in straight lines; on one, the stitching behind the sleeves started to come apart after being test-worn for two hours; one had bits of white where the ink wasn't printed properly; the rest were fine, the colours printed well, the designs were clear and stitching was okay. Low prices, quality is pretty ordinary. I'd rather they bumped up the price a few dollars if it would improve their quality reliably, and I hope they introduce more cotton/natural fibre products as they are much easier to sell
