Beware of returns!;
The items I ordered took longer to come than stated. Some of them were nice but the quality was not worth the cost. When I emailed Beachissi to start a return for 2 items, I realised that this was not going to be straightforward at all. Each question I asked was answered with a question and eventually after 5 emails and 5 days they gave me my return options which someone has already listed below. I completed the return and took it to the post office and £19.50 later the 2 items are on their way back to China. Clearly Beachissi do now want you to return anything and make it as expensive and hard as possible. If I had known that any returns would have to be sent back to China I would not have ordered from Beachissi or at least made 100% sure that I would keep the item. Their returns policy is very misleading and I will not be ordering again.
