Very misleading
Very misleading. I thought I was booking for a concert at Event: Vienna Baroque Orchestra / Schönborn Palace. I paid 98 euros for two tickets. When I arrived at Schonborn Palace, I was told that this was not the venue; my tickets were at a place in the city center. It was too late to go there then. I think that this is extremely misleading, especially for a tourist who does not know that there is a Schonborn Palace and a Palais Schoenborn and that they are two different places entirely. Since the company has responded that it was my own fault that I went to the wrong venue, I want to let other potential customers see the actual verbiage that was sent in my confirmation email. It would certainly be helpful, and easy, to state in the email that this concert takes place in the inner city. Buyer beware. According to the gentleman we spoke to at the Palace, this is an ongoing problem and their own legal department is pursuing it. He indicated that many tourists have made the same mistake.
