They don’t publish negative reviews. I brought a pair of flat back earrings. The stem was too long. The earrings hung oddly and rotated down with gravity. Despite reviewing them on the website and via their emailed review request (and confirming the review after) neither review was published. Edit 13/7 - Mata from Heiracle did reach out and the company sent me a pair of shorter 4mm posts which fit perfectly. The only feedback from me would that it would be good to advertise the shorter posts on the website so people know that they are an option. I was pleased with the response and earrings.
