Customer support outsourced and not verified by a higher authority
Their customer support is outsourced to India and not double checked by any other authority in case of mistakes. Their incompetence is appalling and nothing that could inspire a good relation with the customers is present in their communication. Their answers are copy paste and I feel like they are done by robots and not human beings that should use their brain instead of copying an standard answer. Do not buy games that are strictly linked to the Origin app since you will lose any access to them in case of ban, because the ban is on all the app and the login is no longer functional.
