Disappointed with this company
Disappointed with this company. No smiles from staff, quite a basic flight with no frills..We have to do everytjibg ourselves on a screen: check on, print and add tags to luggage and drop luggage. When the machine can't read your tag, there's no one to help you. Finally you waste time queuing to try and sort your lugagge. Bad customer service: you just feel like you bother the staff. Delay for my flight of 45 min. Firefly is much better!
