Fraud company! Look out!
Im a business-owner from Denmark and I've used TVC-mall many times during the last two years. Just like any Chinese company they sometimes send you defective parts (on purpose) just to see if they can get away with it and just like with every Chinese company it takes a lot of arguing to get your money back and usually you have to make a new order, so they have an incentive to refund the defective parts. And so it has been with TVC, until I recently decided to order parts from Denmark instead, because the prices had fallen to level more or less similar to China. And here comes the problem. Because with no incentive of re-orders in the future, TVC-mall dont want to return the money they owe me for defective parts. I've written TWO complaints in here already and some Chinese fellow answered every time and said that they would contact me and sort it out. The first time I waited for three weeks and nothing happened. Then I wrote another review in here and finally my contact, Inna, wrote to me that they would look at it. I agreed to send back the parts and after around 6 weeks she wrote to me that they would refund the money. Now it's been 8 weeks since the last reply and nothing has happened!! Inna will not answer any of my mails or calls on Skype and we are back to where we started, except I spend more of money to send back the defective parts so they could look through it. I know that there are a lot of these complaints about this company on Trustpilot and I also know that some Chinese fellow named Jim og Jack is going to write me here and say that they will contact me, but its highly unlikely that they will ever refund my money for the defective parts they sold me. So my advice is: DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Buy parts locally or you will end up losing your money to some Chinese who think they can do whatever they want, because they're on the other side of the globe in a country where everything goes and nothing is really controlled or regulated properly.
