Bad support - AM18 Microphone
I have purchased a AM18 microphone. The product has excellent sound quality, however here are the problems: - I'm not able to download the files recorded in the internal storage. - Ulanzi does not make available firmware updates for the product anywhere. For both issues, I have checked the user's manual, website and contacted the support and they respond with non-sense comments. I still recommend the product if you don't mind being outdated with your firmware, don't need to use the internal storage and don't need good customer support.
