Etotalk are scam artists do not buy their phones
Bought Xiaomi redmi note 2 phone but sms option not working so they had me try different fixes but none worked. Would not refund my money so asked me to return so returned phone at my expense and same experience as Shaney. They had phone from mid December to mid January and then asked me to pay for shipping again. Now discovered that no sound using headphones and fix they sent for this has impacted on mic so when I phone anyone they can't hear. Etotalk have asked me to buy a mic from them and get it repaired again at my expense. I told them they should be compensating me for inconvenience but now they are saying their engineer checked out phone and only accept returns with in 14days. My advice to anyone buying a Chinese phone is if you want any support if problem do not buy from Etotalk. I do not think my phone is a new one as found some dates of more than a year old. Really disappointed with my experience
