Kept Unearned Fees: Even though they lost the shipment, they kept the consolidation fees I paid per package. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I selected $7 economy shipping for a small $2 item, only for Fedex here in Curacao to slap me with a surprise $25 charge later. Easily the worst freight forwarding service I've ever used. Avoid at all costs.
