Difficult to contact company
I have been trying to cancel an order (that was unauthorized). It has not been shipped, yet it is soooooo frustrating because it is impossible to reach anyone or to submit a request as it keeps saying invalid code or that a field isn't filled in but you can't actually fill in the field. This company is definitely a scam and do not order anything from them. I am updating this review, because in response to this review Rosegal offered me a refund on the unshipped items, as I tried to cancel it immediately but could not contact them. I have not received the shipped items yet, but they also offered me a refund for those items too. I am happy that they resolved the issue.
