Problem with shapes is.....
I purchased a set of panels for my sons gaming room, brilliant! No issues at all! Then I realised I’d bought the older set and there was an updated set of shapes! I purchased these for our living room, looked amazing above my hifi! Then they started turning off and on for no reason! It didn’t matter how long they’d been on for,but they’d go off! I even came down one morning and they’d turned themselves on overnight! Apparently this is a common problem according to some forums I’ve been on! They advised turning off the touch features which I did and the problem stopped! What this means is I’ve paid for an item that doesn’t do what was advertised, Pity really as they do look really good when they’re on! They need a fix from Nanoleaf as an update, I only hope they’re on it! Otherwise I’d have given 5 stars, until they do, it’s a 2! ☹️
