EBay is no longer safe for buyers. I bought an item and the seller said it had already sold and they would refund me. No refund received. There is now absolutely no way to contact anyone from eBay about this. You can talk to AI but this just takes you around and around in circles. You can not raise any issues with eBay - rather you have to wait 30 days to do so, from the information I can glean from eBay - a fraudsters paradise.
Further update: Customer Service for this company do reply to emails quickly. After the third email to them I was offered a full refund. I would advise using their internet chat to double check the likelihood of being able to retrieve files depending on your particular circumstances. I deleted photographs from my Mac, not realising they would be deleted from my iPhone as well. Only realised past the 30 days iCloud time limit also. I was relieved to find Ease US it appeared I could retrieve these photographs. I tried their free trial to check that I could retrieve these photographs. Once you do this, you can see all of the files retrieved and there were 1000’s of pictures that appeared as though they could be recovered. However, you can only recover them if you pay nearly £100, which I immediately did, feeling extremely relived that I could recover the pictures. Once I paid the money, and recovered the picture files none of them would open. I therefore asked their online chat why this was and was immediate informed that as I deleted the pictures from an SSD drive, it would be impossible to recover the files. I pointed out that the free trial led me to believe I could retrieve the files and at no point was I given any information about what type of files could or could not be recovered. I therefore requested a full refund through their email address and was refused a refund but offered a life time membership??? Which I will not need and never use. So, I hope this review helps other unsuspecting and trusting customers.
