Fraudulent company - avoid at all costs
Ordered what was meant to be a cotton plaid fabric shirt dress believing it to be from the US. Turns out this company is based in China so fulfilment took around 4 weeks which I was not expecting. Had to chase on my order in the meantime. When the item arrived, it was not at all the product I’d been expecting. Cheap polyester type material with the plaid pattern printed onto it. And didn’t look plaid at all in real life. I didn’t even bother to unpackage it and try it on. I immediately contacted them to return the order. I then started with a chain of emails initially offering me a 20% refund to keep the item - it wasn’t cheap so no, I wasn’t keeping it. I was then told to return and given an address in China which seemed as though it could’ve been a personal address rather than a company address. I duly arranged a courier which cost a lot of money too. The package then got stuck in Customs in France for months on end. I’ve had to chase all the way. The courier more recently said it was finally released by Customs and delivered but the delivery was refused. I’m constantly emailing and getting no response as I want my refund. Whole experience with this company has been horrific. They are fraudulent - do not go near!!! Have emailed again since your response to this post and am still awaiting a reply. All just a front.
