Inferior Product, Poor Technical Support & False Refund Warranty
I purchased iSkysoft DVD Creator. There were 3 technical problems: two with its installation and one with its operation. iSkysoft resolved the first installation issue. After that, there technical support failed to resolve the remaining two issues. On the iSkysoft website, iSkysoft claims to honor a request for a refund. When I requested a refund, they refused and told me to select another of their products. BTW, I purchased Wondershare DVD Creator (a competitor's product) for the same price, and it installed and operated perfectly, and did so without any issues. Based upon my experience with iSkysoft, I consider iSkysoft to be one of the most highly disreputable software companies with which I have become familiar in my 30 years of experience in personal computer consulting, design and engineering.
