The flight was ok but...
The flight was ok, there is no online check-in. While checking in at the counter in Japan I was asked to provide an ETA to fly back to the UK where I live. I don't need an ETA to enter the UK because I have settled status but the airline was completely ignorant on this matter and had no way to check my status, yet they insisted on acting like UK border enforcement, making me spend extra money on something I didn't need and causing me unnecessary stress and delay.
